Mực xào hành tây giòn thơm với thịt mực tươi roi rói, chiên chín giòn sần sật, ngấm đều gia vị, được chiên cùng hành tây và cần tây làm dậy mùi thơm rất đặc trưng, trở lạnh món ngon hấp dẫn cho bữa cơm gia đình bạn.
Mực sơ chế sạch sẽ lột bỏ da rồi đem khứa hình vảy rồng, thái miếng vừa ăn. Hành tây rửa sạch rồi thái múi cau, ớt sừng thái lát mỏng, tỏi băm nhỏ, cần tây nhặt bỏ lá đem thái khúc.
Đun sôi nồi nước rồi cho 1 muỗng canh rượu trắng, gừng băm nhỏ vào cùng để khử mùi tanh của mực. Cho mực vào chần sơ qua rồi vớt mực ra để cho ráo nước.
Đun nóng 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho tỏi băm vào phi cho thơm rồi cho ớt sừng vào cùng. Tiếp theo trút tất cả mực vào xào sơ qua, nêm 1 muỗng canh nước mắm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1/3 muỗng cà phê tiêu đảo đều ở lửa to rồi tắt bếp, xúc mực ra đĩa.
Sử dụng luôn chảo đó để xào, cho thêm 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn đợi cho dầu nóng bạn cho hành tây vào xào trước, khi hành chín tái mới cho tiếp cần tây vào xào cùng, nêm 1/3 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt cho vừa miệng. Trút tất cả mực đã xào sơ qua vào chảo hành tây, đảo đều ở lửa to cho nguyên liệu chín tái là tắt bếp.
Múc mực chiên hành tây ra tô và rắc thêm 1 xíu tiêu cho dậy mùi thơm, thưởng thức ngay khi còn nóng để cảm nhận được vị giòn ngon, nóng hổi của món ăn.
