Cá bọc phô mai nướng bổ béo với những lát cá rô phi phi lê không xương, được tẩm ướp chút muối và tiêu rồi bọc kín trong những lát phô mai cheddar, nướng chín thơm phức, béo ngậy.
Khi mua cá, các ấy cứ bảo họ phi lê cho mình sẵn là được, vừa nhanh vừa đẹp, về nhà khỏi cần lọc thịt gỡ xương. Sau đó mình rửa sạch cá với dấm và rượu để khử mùi tanh của cá. Tỏi bóc vỏ, đập dập và băm nhỏ rùi cho vào bát cá, ướp cùng muối, tiêu trong 10 phút. Cá ướp xong, mình sẽ đặt 2 lát phô mai ở dưới, cho cá lên trên rồi đậy bằng 2 lát phô mai. Cuối cùng, chỉ việc đậy lại. Làm nóng lò nướng đến 200 độ, rùi cho bát cá vào và giảm nhiệt xuống một nửa, nướng trong 15 phút.
Hết thời gian rồi đấy, bỏ cá ra xem đi. Dùng dĩa xiên thử vài miếng măm măm nào. Khỏi nói chắc các ấy cũng biết món này bổ béo đến mức nào nhỉ. Các nàng cò hương ơi, nhớ ăn món này nhé!
