Tiếp đó cho phần dừa nạo vào xới đều cùng xôi khoai mì, dưới phần mỡ hành đã phi thơm vào rồi lại xới đều lần nữa. Đậy vung nồi xôi thêm 5 phút nữa rồi bắc xuống.
