Rau câu trái dừa là món ngon dễ làm, giúp giải nhiệt mùa hè cực hấp dẫn. Cách làm rau câu trái dừa đơn giản với thạch dừa dai dai, vị ngọt béo thanh mát, kết hợp cùng hương dừa thơm thoang thoảng, thật khó cưỡng lại. Rót 1.5 lít nước dừa nguyên chất vào nồi. Sau đó trộn 100gr đường phèn và 10gr bột rau câu dẻo cho hòa quyện rồi đổ vào nồi nước dừa đang nấu. Nêm thêm 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối vào cho nước dừa thêm ngọt dịu. Đợi nước rau câu dừa sôi rồi tắt bếp.
Cách làm rau câu trái dừa: Rót 200ml nước rau câu dừa ra 1 chén nhỏ, thêm 100ml nước cốt dừa vào khuấy đều là ta đã có lớp rau câu nước cốt dừa béo ngậy. Đổ đầy 2/3 rau câu vào trái dừa , đợi 15-20 phút cho se mặt rồi tiếp tục đổ lớp rau câu cốt dừa vào.
Để làm rau câu dừa thêm lạ miệng, có thể thêm cùi dừa cắt nhỏ vào rau câu nhé. Thực hiện tương tự, làm từng lớp như rau câu trái dừa. Vị dai dai sần sật béo ngậy của cùi dừa sẽ làm món ăn thêm ngon miệng.
