Đổ chocolate dàn đều lên khay đã lót sẵn giấy nến, rắc nho khô, vụn hạnh nhân lên, thêm kiwi, dâu tây, cam lên trên chocolate. Cho khay bánh vào trong tủ lạnh khoảng 3 giờ đến khi đông lại, tạo thành khuôn.
Lấy chocolate trái cây ra, dùng dao cắt thành những miếng hình chữ nhật vừa ăn (Nhúng dao qua nước nóng rồi lau khô rồi cắt. Khi cắt sẽ dễ và đẹp hơn).
