Đun nóng 3 muỗng canh dầu ăn. Cho các xiên tôm vào chiên. Đảo các xiên tôm nhẹ nhàng để phần trứng muối không bị rơi ra. Chiên đến khi tôm chín đỏ hồng, vỏ giòn là được.
