Dâu tây rửa sạch, bỏ cuống, cắt làm đôi. Sau đó, cho dâu tây, mứt dâu, đường trắng vào nồi. Có thể để lại 2-3 trái dâu tây để trang trí nếu thích.
Bắc nồi lên bếp, nấu sôi. Hạ lửa nhỏ, nấu thêm khoảng 10-15 phút nữa, khi nào thấy dâu tây bắt đầu mềm và nát ra thì tắt bếp.
Lọc hỗn hợp dâu tây qua rây, bỏ bã, cho hỗn hợp nước dâu tây vừa lọc vào lọ thủy tinh.
Cho 1 scoop kem tươi, 1 scoop kem dâu vào ly, rưới hỗn hợp dâu tây đã lọc vào, thêm sô đa, đá bào là thức uống đã hoàn thành rồi! Bây giờ chỉ cần trộn lên và thưởng thức. Trang trí thêm 1-2 lát dâu tây để trông hấp dẫn hơn nhé.
