Trộn đều 5g bột trà xanh với 120ml nước lọc, khuấy đều và để cho nước trà lắng đọng sau đó gạn lấy phần nước trong ở trên.
Cho 1/2 hộp sữa đặc ông thọ vào tô lớn rồi đổ 300ml nước sôi vào cùng, khuấy đều cho sữa hòa tan hết. Sau đó, thêm 250ml sữa tươi, nước trà xanh vào cùng và khuấy đều hỗn hợp. Cuối cùng, cho 200ml sữa chua mua sẵn vào cùng rồi khuấy đều thêm một lần nữa là được, lọc hỗn hợp qua dây cho mịn.
Rót hỗn hợp sữa chia đều vào các hũ sạch đựng sữa, đổ nước ấm vào nồi sau đó đặt các hũ sữa chua vào nồi, đậy nắp và đem ủ khoảng 6-8 tiếng là sữa đông lại. Cất sữa chua trong tủ lạnh để ăn dần trong vài ngày đến 1 tuần.
